Ken Knox is a consultant and speaker whose topics are based on his career serving business and industry.  He has held various management positions with large and small companies, including company president.  He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and is program director for business and management at Jefferson Community College in Steubenville, Ohio.

Ken has spoken to groups throughout the United States and abroad on the topics of change management, customer service, selling, and personal and organizational development.  His clients have been from such diverse industries as healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, supermarkets, convenience stores, oil marketers, academia, and governmental agencies.

Ken earned his bachelors degree from Wheeling Jesuit University and holds a masters degree in strategic leadership. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organization and Management.

Ken and his wife Pam are the proud parents of five children.
