Development
While most small business owners can train employees the day-to-day tasks of the business, they lack the expertise to develop strategies designed to retain key employees. The Opportunity Knox! Leadership Development Program includes the following key components:
- Assessment – Employees and Managers are assessed to determine learning, management, and leadership styles. This will give upper management the tools needed to develop individuals and maximize contribution to the organization.
- Development – Utilizing information from the assessment phase, management can develop a personalized growth program for each employee. This may include professional development seminars and personal development programs. Opportunity Knox! works with management to tailor a development program to benefit the individual while achieving organizational goals.
